Marketing Funnel
A marketing funnel is a visual representation of the process through which people go from first learning about a brand to becoming loyal customers.
The funnel is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom as the number of customers that will become loyal consumers is lower than the ones in higher stages.
A simple marketing funnel might have four stages:
- Awareness
- Consideration
- Conversion
- Loyalty
A Marketing Funnel is always business-centric. It considers what the company can do to move people from one stage of the funnel to another.
